At ProMind Wellbeing, we understand that maintaining connection, independence, and wellbeing becomes increasingly important as we move through later life.
We provide practical support, companionship, and wellbeing-focused guidance to help older adults remain active, engaged, and connected to the people, places, and activities that matter most.

Whether it's sharing a conversation over a cup of tea, accompanying someone on a walk, helping with shopping, attending appointments, understanding correspondence, or accessing community activities, our support is tailored to individual needs and goals.

Using a person-centred approach, we focus on reducing loneliness, promoting confidence, maintaining independence, and supporting positive mental wellbeing.

Support may include:

💙Help understanding letters and paperwork
💙Accessing local groups and community activities

Where Does Support Take Place?

ProMind Wellbeing does not operate from a fixed base. Support is flexible and may take place online, in the person's home, or in an agreed community setting, such as a coffee shop. The most appropriate arrangement will be discussed during the initial consultation and agreed according to individual needs, preferences, suitability, and safety.

Fees

As every support plan is personalised, fees depend on the type, length, and location of support required. Any potential travel or additional costs will be discussed clearly during the initial consultation. You will receive full details of the proposed support and fees before deciding whether to proceed.
