Growing up can be challenging. Children and young people can face pressures from school, relationships, social media, life transitions and changes in how they feel about themselves and the world around them.

At ProMind Wellbeing, we provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where children and young people can talk, think things through and make sense of what they are experiencing.

Sometimes they may know exactly what they need. Sometimes they may not. We work alongside them to explore what is happening, understand their options and find practical ways forward.
Our support is person-centred and flexible. It may complement therapy where appropriate, provide support alongside other services, or simply offer a trusted person to help a young person build confidence, develop skills and navigate everyday life.

.
Using a person-centred, trauma-informed understanding, we work alongside young people to build confidence, strengthen resilience, manage anxiety, and develop positive coping strategies for everyday life.
